Adeline Rose 750ml

A classic field blend of varieties entirely sourced from gnarly older vine vineyards of the South of France, and crafted into a soft, pale, dry and crisp Rose wine with subtle texture and terrific flavour. Adeline is simply prettiness and vibrancy in the glass.

100% destemmed and whole berry pressed and left on skins for a short while to impart colour and texture. The juice was inoculated and underwent an uneventful fermentation in stainless steel to dryness. 3 months maturation on less has built in additional structure, weight and mouthfeel.

Tasting Note:

Lovely pale pink colour with bright aromatics of strawberry, lemon rind and forest berries lead to a delightful palate of similar berry fruit flavours with rose petal, brown and vanilla like spice. The wine is flavoursome, long and refreshing. 12.5% ABV.
