This zero alcohol wine been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweetener, but includes the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.

Plus & Minus has been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the wine remains vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

Sourced from dry grown vineyards in South Australia, this 100% Pinot Grigio has lifted aromas of pear, apple, and citrus on the nose with a slight hints of floral characters. The palate is bursting with citrus flavours of lime and mandarin, underpinned by soft stone fruit notes of apricot and nectarine, with brisk acidity.

Try it chilled with a soft cheese platter. Zero alcohol.
