Grant Burge 5th Generation Merlot 2021

Grant Burge Wines was established in 1988 and is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

Their wines are renowned all over the world for their consistent quality and integrity, allowing the terroir of the hallowed Barossa Valley to speak for itself through minimal intervention winemaking practices and careful vineyard management.

Deep ruby red in colour, this Barossa Valley Merlot has lifted aromas of vibrant dark cherries, red berry fruit and fragrant lavender all supported by hints of vanilla and spice. The palate is full and ripe with rich blackberry fruit, plum and savoury notes along with delicate integrated tannins all enhancing the softness of the fruit flavours. 14% ABV.

Terrific with lamb, venison & creamy pasta. Cellar 3 - 5 years.
