Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz 2021

Grant Burge Wines was established in 1988 and is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

Their wines are renowned all over the world for their consistent quality and integrity, allowing the terroir of the hallowed Barossa Valley to speak for itself through minimal intervention winemaking practices and careful vineyard management.

Deep dark purple in colour, this wine instantly impresses with aromas of raspberry and blackberry, complemented by spice, subtle vanilla and coffee bean. Full bodied wine where the red fruits in the mid palate are balanced with integrated fine long tannins and hints of sweetness and spice from the oak. The soft integrated tannin structure gives the wine a real elegance and mid palate structure. The multi-layered depth of flavours and long lingering finish make this an impressive wine. 14.5% abv.
