Eradus Awatere Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Eradus are true pioneers of grape growing in Marlborough's Awatere Valley. Their vines grow on a slender terrace and single vineyard at the edge of the Awatere River, with a unique microclimate and soil structure.

Influenced by a fault line, a river, and the power of the nearby Pacific Ocean, our land is stony, dry, windy and cool. These elements create wines of elegance and minerality with a lively and lingering finish. We let the untameable terroir of the Awatere Valley express itself through the vines, grapes and ultimately our wines.

This fresh 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is divine. Succulent fruit balanced by lovely, subtle and flinty minerality. It is a seductively powerful and moreish wine yet understated by its elegance. The nose is all about floral and nettle notes. In Essential Awatere fashion the finish is lively, crisp and lingering.

A delicious wine that brings together “new world” fruit and “old world” elegance and minerality. 12.5% ABV.
