Plus & Minus Sparkling 0% Prosecco is developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol.

This zero alcohol wine has been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweetener, but includes the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.

Plus & Minus has been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the wine remains vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

A profusion of citrus and just-cut apple on the nose. A softly effervescent palate that delivers a firm weight with great fruit flavour. Perfect for any occasion with a touch of sweet fruit and a cleansing acidity on the finish. Chill well and serve as an aperitif or with a variety of cuisines. 0.2% ABV
