This is a stunning, juicy Waipara Valley Chardonnay. Following fermentation the wine remained on yeast lees and underwent partial malolactic fermentation to impart a creamy, textural mouthfeel and added complexity. The resulting wine displays lovely ripe nectarine and citrus flavours, complemented by a light toasty oak and a crisp finish. 13.0% ABV.
