Plus & Minus 0% Pinot Noir 2021

Plus & Minus Wines are developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol.

This zero alcohol wine been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweetener, but includes the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.

Plus & Minus has been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the wine remains vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

Sourced from Langhorne Creek vineyards in South Australia, this zero-alcohol Pinot is sublime. The nose displays red fruits as well as a characteristic savoury edge. The palate exudes typical Pinot Noir characters of dried herb and spice with a touch of natural red berry fruit sweetness.

Pair this Pinot with roast lamb, duck or a pork terrine. Superb!
