The Hero Preservative Free Pinot Noir 2021

The Hero of Zero wines are hand-crafted from the best quality fruit sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, including McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley. With meticulous handling in the vineyard and winery, the pristine fruit will have less exposure to anything harmful that may normally require the addition of preservatives.

Our wines are crafted to be brightly coloured, exotically fragrant, full-flavoured and critically, they sing without the addition of preservatives. Perfectly suited to many cuisines, these wines are also crafted to ensure they are suitable for vegans.

Soft red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spice and mineral notes. It’s medium bodied but still very generous, textured and moreish. Red and dark berry fruit flavours with soft tannins make this wine pleasurable on its own, and particularly well matched with rich pasta dishes like tagliatelle. 14% abv.
