Sourced from a combination of established, dry-grown vineyards in central South Australia and low-yielding McLaren Vale vineyards. This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon displays dark fruit aromas underpinned by savoury oak. Typical of McLaren Vale’s opulent take on Cabernet, the palate is full of dark berries and ripe plums before an impressively long finish sculpted by fine tannins. 13.5% abv.
