3 Stones Sauvignon Blanc 2018 (INCL DELIVERY)

The three stacked stones on our label symbolise the elements of soil, climate and craft that go into creating a beautiful wine. These are the wines we seek to find, from renowned wine regions around the world. Parcels of 2018 Sauvignon Blanc were selected for this wine from Marlborough vineyards across the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. The parcels were harvested and fermented separately, using selected yeast strains for Sauvignon Blanc to enhance varietal character. A long, cool fermentation took place before the parcels were blended together. The resulting wine shows passionfruit and gooseberry aromas & flavours underpinned with some soft herbal characters. The palate is crisp, fruity and fresh with a lively, citrus acidity. Fantastic with summer salads, seafood & shellfish. Incredible value for $10.99 with delivery included nationwide!
