Flaxbourne Estate is an old merino sheep station turned vineyard in Marlborough. The site was the largest sheep station in New Zealand in the latter part of the 19th Century, but today the merino sheep simply share the countryside with our vines.
This Sauvignon Blanc-based Rosé gets its delicate blush from a dash of Merlot. The nose is bright and crisp with notes of citrus, underpinned by herbs and blackcurrant. The palate is full and lively with juicy fruit characters that are balanced with a long, crisp mineral finish.
