Black Collar have won countless medals in spirits competitions worldwide, but as they modestly say... "We just make rum, gin and really good vodka".

Located on the outskirts of Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, Black Collar distillery has some of the most advanced pot stills and distilling equipment in the world. This allows them to produce spirits that are full of flavour whilst minimising the impact on the environment. They wanted to be at the forefront of industry change by utilising sustainable resources and processes so their equipment has been custom designed to maximise efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

We do things differently at Black Collar and Vodka is no exception. We make our vodka solely from sugarcane. This produces a clean and exceptionally smooth vodka with subtle hints of light citrus and natural sweetness.
