Located on the outskirts of Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, Black Collar distillery has some of the most advanced pot stills and distilling equipment in the world. This allows them to produce spirits that are full of flavour whilst minimising the impact on the environment. They wanted to be at the forefront of industry change by utilising sustainable resources and processes so their equipment has been custom designed to maximise efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

We do things differently at Black Collar and Rum is no exception. We make our rum from cane molasses. Fermented & pot distilled, Mixer Club White Rum has rich, tropical notes, with hints of vanilla. Ultra smooth and mellow.
